Bishop John C. John C. Parks has been a pastor since 1976 and has been Senior Pastor of four churches in Tennessee and North Carolina. These include the Willow Grove Missionary Baptist Church of Covington, Tenn., the Cedar Grove Baptist Church of Mason Tennessee, and the Pilgrim Rock Baptist Church of Chattanooga, Tennessee. He has served as the Senior Pastor of the New Hope Missionary Baptist Church of Winston Salem, North Carolina, since 1992.
New Hope MBC is a progressive ministry and has experienced successive growth and consists of state of an art 18,000 square feet church facility consisting of an 800 seat sanctuary, bookstore, nursery, training center, computer lab, library, and administrative offices.
Bishop Parks has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Tennessee State University in Nashville, Tennessee, a Masters of Business Administration Degree from Wake Forest University in Winston Salem, North Carolina, and an Executive MBA in Strategy & Organization from Stanford University.
Bishop Parks' retired as a top executive in major Fortune 500 companies with over 20 years of experience as a Senior Executive. In his role as a Senior Executive in Manufacturing, he was responsible for over 1,500 employees, a $240 million operating budget, and one Billion dollars of company assets. He retired in 2007 to pursue his own personal goals, full-time ministry, and his businesses.
He is also President of John C. Parks, LLC, which consists of The Gathering IN, and works with professional development, early-stage start-up companies, and companies and corporations pursuing success at a higher dimension action-centered leadership, organizational designs, and strategic planning for his client base.
He is also the former publisher of Hope Today Magazine.
Bishop Parks is an author of five (5) books; Inventor with three (3) patents pending, Senior Business Executive, Strategic Advisor, Business Consultant, Personal Life Coach, Business Owner, Entrepreneur, and Author. he is also a former president and founder of Hope Today Magazine.

Pastor Teron Evans has a rich history of pastoral work in various capacities. He accepted his call into the ministry and was licensed to preach in 1991 under the Morning Star Baptist Church, which was pastored by the late Donald L Salley. He was ordained under the High Point Educational Missionary Baptist Association.
Pastor Evans is presently senior pastor of the Canaan Missionary Baptist Church of Winston Salem, NC. He is also the founder of the Upper Room Baptist Church of High Point, NC and a former pastor of the Mt Zion Baptist Church of High Point, NC. He preaches, teaches, lectures in workshops in various churches in the North Carolina vicinity. He is also a third degree Mason.
Pastor Evans holds a Bachelor's degree Shaw University. He has also pursued fur studies at Vintage Bible College and Seminary. He and his wife Christy Fulton Evans are in union with three children; Sydrii, Kyndal, and Kennan
