ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT. We work to develop achievement models for churches and non-profits aimed at meeting their organizational objectives. We implement proven strategies that work.
TEACHING PEOPLE TO EXCEL. TGIN fosters growth financial literacy, and economic empowerment.
YOUTH EMPOWERMENT. We engage youth in our YES PROGRAM to yield productive citizens in communities around the world.

ACTION-CENTERED LEADERSHIP. We offer training on leadership for Pastors and their respective churches and other non-profit organizations. Quarterly leadership and Pastors' forums are held for leaders who are adamant about always performing at their best.
